Changing Field Labels

To get to Field Labels, type fields into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Business Settings > Field Labels.

What are Field Labels?

The Field Labels feature is a way to customize the terms used throughout Meevo and Online Booking. For example, you may want to rename Service to Treatment or Employee to Therapist. Field Labels cannot be overridden at a location, so when they are set in Central Office, they remain that way until changed again in Central Office.

Are there any areas in Meevo where Field Label do not get updated?

Smart Center tiles that are in existing Smart Centers (that is, Smart Centers that were created and assigned to employees) will not automatically update after a Field Label change is made. To resolve this, edit the existing Smart Center, remove the old tiles, and then add them back to get the Field Label updates to properly display in the Smart Center.

 

To change field labels

  1. On the Field Labels page, select Edit.
  2. Change the corresponding field labels as needed. 
  3. When finished, select Save.
