How do I know if a user/employee profile requires a Meevo license?
- An employee profile (that is, a profile with Is Employee selected) with an Active status will use a license in Meevo.
- A user-only profile (that is, a profile with Is Employee deselected) with an Active status will also use a license in Meevo.
- For multi-locations, offsite user-only profiles do not require a license. This means an employee at your Home Location (which uses a license) can also have a user-only profile at other locations with no impact to either location's total license count. This is how a user can gain access to other locations without using up an active license.
- Multi-Location Employees will use a license for each location in which they are an employee. For example, someone who is an employee at three separate locations will take up three Meevo licenses (one from each location).
How do I get an employee to appear in the Appointment Book?

How do I give an employee log-in access to a location?

- Select the Security tab.
- Add a location to the profile.
- Define the employee's Security Roles for the newly added location.
