What can I do in Online Presence Management?
- Online Presence Settings: Online Presence Settings is the screen in Meevo where you'll define a Primary Category for your business and sync the category, as well as your business information, over to fields in OPM's Knowledge Graph.
- Knowledge Graph: The Knowledge Graph is where you can view and update the information about your brand that the public sees — allowing you to manage all the facts about your business, from holiday hours and in-store promotions to parking entrances and professional credentials. After making updates in the Knowledge Graph, your business information details are immediately and automatically synced to the publishers sites with whom you are "Live."
- Online Listings Management: Online Listings Management is where you can quickly monitor and review your listings to see how the information appears on a publisher's site. From here you can check on your connection status with each publisher and obtain details on how to resolve "Unavailable" statuses. Online Listings Management offers the Duplicate Suppression feature as well.
- Analytics: Analytics provides you with dashboards and other tools that allow you to see a consolidated view of many important data points. You can easily see everything from how many clicks your promotions get, to the days and times when your Pages are the most popular, to how many people use Google Maps to get to your store. You can also create custom dashboards to focus on specific metrics that matter to you.
- Reputation Management: With Reputation Management, you can interact with client Facebook and Google Business Profile reviews and get a better understanding of the customer experience, analyze trends, and identify specific positive or negative experiences.

How does Online Presence Management work if my business has multiple locations?
In Online Presence Management, each location must perform their own setup steps and manage their online presence separately. Central Office can view and edit details for any location using Online Presence Management, and Central Office has access to every Online Presence Management tile except for Online Presence Settings, which can only be accessed and configured by a location.
