Marking a Client as Running Late

If a client informs you that they are running late for their appointment, change the status of the appointment to Running Late.

  1. Locate the appointment.
  2. Select the appointment. The Smart Assistant displays.
  3. Select Running Late.

  1. The Running Late icon appears in the upper-left corner of the appointment.  

Note: You can undo this status by simply selecting Running Late a second time.
