Exporting a List of Products

From the Products search screen, select Export List to automatically download a .csv file of all products and their variants at this location.

Note: Your Product Active Count may not always match the number of products in the export. This is because the export considers Retail and Shop Supply items, so products tagged as Retail/Shop Supply will appear twice in the report (once for each Inventory Type).

The .csv includes the following information:

Display Name
Service Category / Sub-category
Description
Manufacturer and Distributor
Tax
Size, Color, Height, Length, Quality, Shape, Type, Weight
SKU / Barcode
Wholesale / Markup % / Retail
Distributor Product ID
If inventory is being tracked
Inventory Type
If the product is marked Discontinued
If the product is marked Not for Sale
If the product is marked Exclude from all point promotions
This product lasts __ weeks with suggested use
Floor Location
Inventory details (Order By / Multiples of / Model Qty / Order Point / On Hand)
