Mapping Employees from RUN to Meevo 2  

Now that you connected Meevo 2 to RUN, you can map your employees in RUN to your employee profiles in Meevo 2. Mapping ensures that data associated with the employee in Meevo 2 will remain associated with that employee in RUN.

  1. If you have not already, follow the steps in Connecting Meevo 2 to RUN.
  2. From the ADP Settings page, select the Employees tab.
  3. The column on the left lists all active employees in RUN. The column on the right is where you select the corresponding Meevo 2 employee profile. Any employees that are not mapped here will be excluded from payroll data that is sent to RUN.

  • To refresh the list of RUN employees, select Refresh ADP Worker at any time.
  • To view details about the employee, select the ellipsis (...).

Note: If you update an employee's profile data (address, phone number, etc.) in Meevo 2, the information is not automatically updated in RUN. You will need to update the employee's information manually in RUN.

  1. When finished, select Save.
