Transworld Integration Frequently Asked Questions

To learn about the features and benefits that come with a Meevo ‒ Transworld integration, go to the MeevoXchange, select Integrations, and select the Transworld tile.

Do I need a TSI account to use the Transworld integration?

Yes. To use Transworld with Meevo, you must set up an account with TSI. This can be done before or after purchasing the integration in the Meevo store.

When you purchase the Transworld integration, Millennium Systems International provides TSI with some relevant information about your business (business name, number, tenant ID, etc.). A TSI representative will then contact you to complete the sign-up process.

How does Transworld work with Central Office and multiple locations?

In a multi-location business model, only locations can set up and use this integration.

How do I turn the Transworld integration on or off?

The Transworld integration can be enabled and disabled from the Transworld settings, accessible by selecting the Transworld tile in the Integration tab of Meevo.

How does Transworld obtain a list of my clients who are delinquent on payments?

Meevo sends Transworld a list of delinquent clients each night (the service runs around 2 am local time). The clients who appear on that list depend on the thresholds you set in Transworld settings.

How does Transworld help recover unpaid EFTs?

Transworld reaches out to the clients on the EFT Recovery list, informing them that they should contact your location and resolve any outstanding balances. Transworld will continue reaching out to those clients until at least one of these occurs:

How do I know if a client is in EFT Recovery with Transworld?

If a client is in EFT Recovery with Transworld:

  • The TSI icon  indicates that the client is in EFT Recovery with Transworld and appears beside the client name everywhere in Meevo where passive alerts appear, including the register, client profile, and Appointment Book. Select this icon to open the client's Payments tab in Membership Manager.

  • In Membership Manager > Payments tab, a column indicates if a payment was Sent to TSI (Yes/No).
  • In Membership Manager > History tab, a line displays the date that a client was sent to Transworld, and from which location. This tab also displays any updates to EFT amounts owed.

What happens when a client resolves, or partially pays, an outstanding balance with my business?

When a client resolves or partially pays a balance, your business should post the client's payment in Meevo in the usual fashion (for example, manually processing a payment through Membership Manager). Meevo will deduct the amount from the client's owed balance.

So after a client makes a payment, the next time Meevo runs the Transworld service (2 am local time):

  • If the balance is satisfied, the client is considered "out of EFT Recovery."  The TSI icon will be removed from the client's account in Meevo immediately, and the client will not be included in the EFT Recovery list that is sent to Transworld overnight.
  • If there is still a balance owed, Meevo will update the client's new balance. Whether or not that client continues to be in EFT Recovery depends on the thresholds you set in Transworld settings.
