Deleting or Undoing a Usage Record

Note: A usage record can be deleted, but only within the same day it was created. Deleting a record adds the quantity back to the on-hand count. Beyond the day it was created, the record can only be "undone," which means the quantity is added back to the on-hand count, but the record is permanent in the Employee Supply Usage screen.

  1. Locate the record and select Edit.
  2. In the row of the record you want to delete, select delete (below left) or undo (below right).
       
  3. Select Yes on the confirmation message.
  4. When finished, select Save.
