Deleting or Undoing a Usage Record
Note: A usage record can be deleted, but only within the same day it was created. Deleting a record adds the quantity back to the on-hand count. Beyond the day it was created, the record can only be "undone," which means the quantity is added back to the on-hand count, but the record is permanent in the Employee Supply Usage screen.
- Locate the record and select Edit.
- In the row of the record you want to delete, select delete (below left) or undo (below right).
- Select Yes on the confirmation message.
- When finished, select Save.
