Editing a Saved Form or Settings  

Important: Meevo is a HIPAA-compliant platform. If you are collecting client data, it is your responsibility to use this platform according to HIPAA regulations.

To edit a Docs & Form's settings

Note the following when editing form settings:

  • You can edit any of the options on a saved form, including the frequency (A client needs to view/fill out this form), which can be changed from Only once to Every time or Every time to Only once
  • Updates to forms (such as associating additional services) do not apply to existing appointments. To have a booked service trigger the form after it’s been added in Docs & Forms, the appointment must be canceled and rebooked.
  • Be aware that if you make a frequency change, previously submitted forms associated with this item will be lost. This means that Meevo essentially treats those forms like they were never submitted. Meevo will display a warning prompt that explains this prior to allowing you to save frequency change.

 

To edit a form

You can edit the content of a form at any time by uploading a new HTML file. In doing so, only future appointments (and therefore forms that are sent out in the future) are affected; existing forms that were already sent or filled out are not impacted.
