Editing or Prioritizing a Request on the List

To edit an appointment request on the list

  1. Locate the client in the list. You can edit an appointment request from the main list, In-Progress/Complete list, or the No-Shows list.
  2. Select Edit.
     
  3. Edit the request as needed and select Add to Walk-In Manager to save your changes. Note that some modifications will save automatically, and the edit window will close automatically and bring you back to the main screen.

To prioritize a client on the list

  1. Locate the client in the list. You can edit an appointment request from the main list, In-Progress/Complete list, or the No-Shows list.
  2. Select Edit.  The Add to Walk-In Manager window appears.
  3. Select Move to top.
  4. Select Yes to save and go back to the Walk-In Manager.
